Grandmother Alma’s Gooey Cake

My paternal grandmother Alma Leachman Simmons would always make this extra sweet dessert for the holidays and special occasions. It was something my sisters and I would always look forward to eating. She gave this recipe to us to enjoy for generations to come. Also, has a Gluten-Free option. Choose from Large 9 inch pie or Small 6 inch pie.

Large: 6-8 servings

Small: 2-4 servings
